Lori Vacaro

Operations Associate

Lori spent her early years on her family’s small farm in New Hampshire and gained her love of animals and the outdoors. Her family moved to Massachusetts when she was 9 and lived in Malden for the better part of her life. She spent her time playing sports and working through high school.

 

Lori attended Mount Ida College for Interior Design for two years and then entered the working world. She saw an opportunity to join TIAA-CREF back in 1998 and remained there for the next 21 years. She worked in most departments within the company including Institutional Client Services, Inbound Call Center, Wealth Management, and Marketing. In these roles she built many lasting client and internal relationships. She prides herself on her customer service, project management, and organizational skills while always keeping a positive attitude and delivering excellence.

 

Lori joined Heritage in November 2020 as part of our Operations Team where she will be working in our Woburn office supporting daily client requests, money movement, client mailings and forms, and other activities related to clients’ needs and office operations.

 

Outside of work, Lori enjoys spending time with her husband, two daughters and dog. She resides in Billerica MA where she loves showing her town spirit on the sidelines watching her daughters playing Lacrosse and Cheerleading. She enjoys spending time with friends, reading, hiking, being outdoors and has recently started running.
