Denisa was born in Albania, a small country in Southeastern Europe, where she grew up with her parents and brother. As a young girl she loved sewing and would design and make her own dresses and skirts!
Denisa attended college in Albania and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in mathematics. After graduation she spent 12 years managing multiple locations of her family’s bakery business. While her husband was doing the baking, she focused on developing relationships with their customers and keeping operations running smoothly. Her favorite baked goods are garlic bread, almond croissants, and a variety of fresh sandwiches.
In 2018, Denisa moved to the U.S. to be closer to her parents and brother who had previously relocated, and to provide a better future for her children. She decided to go back to her mathematic roots, joining Santander Bank as a Relationship Banker. Denisa quickly worked her way up to a Branch Operations Manager where she was responsible for maintaining compliance with applicable banking and financial regulations, ensuring company policies and procedures were followed, training colleagues, and inspecting and proactively testing the banks operations programs.
As a Client Service Associate at Heritage, Denisa supports daily client requests, money movement, client mailings and forms, and other activities related to clients’ needs and office operations.
Denisa lives in Abington with her husband and two kids. Most of her free time is spent staying active and enjoying the outdoors with her family, playing soccer, swimming, and hiking. When they aren’t outside, they can be found baking as a family at home.
