Jennifer was raised in Milton, Massachusetts, the oldest of five children.
Jennifer graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a BS in business administration. She started her career at The Boston Company, where she worked in the mutual fund accounting department for five years. Then, she worked at Fidelity Investments’ Institutional Brokerage Group as a client service manager for banks and broker-dealers for five years.
Jennifer joined Heritage as a Compliance Manager in 2006. As the firm has grown, so have Jennifer’s responsibilities. As Chief Compliance Officer, Jennifer is responsible for overseeing and managing the firm’s regulatory compliance policies and procedures. As Director of HR, she manages employee payroll, benefits, and client billing for the firm.
A resident of Westwood, Massachusetts, Jennifer lives with her husband, Todd, and their three grown children. She enjoys long walks, traveling to the family home in Vermont, and spending time with family and friends.
