Hanna was born in Colombia and spent the first four years of her life there. She came to the United States in 1997 when her family moved to Framingham, Massachusetts. Always a good student, Hanna studied at Framingham High School, then at University of Massachusetts and later transferred to Bentley University to major in economics and finance.
Hanna’s interest in wealth management was piqued during her internship at a financial planning firm in Wellesley, Massachusetts, where she assisted wealth advisors for a semester. Upon graduation, Hanna joined Brown Brothers Harriman where she was responsible for preparing financial reports for hedge funds and private equity funds.
Hanna joined Heritage in 2016 as a paraplanner supporting multiple wealth management teams. Within a year, she was promoted to wealth advisor, working with Kevin Webber. She is responsible for preparing meeting agendas and supporting material, sending follow up emails to clients after each meeting, collaborating with clients’ other trusted advisors, and coordinating the resources of our centralized client service, investment, and financial planning professionals.
Hanna aims to be a wealth manager leading client relationships one day, and is working on her Certified Financial Planner certification. In her free time, Hanna enjoys reading Spanish literature. She also likes to explore quaint coffee shops and restaurants around Boston.
