Nicole’s professional journey began at 16 when a high school teacher in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, shared a job posting for an administrative assistant role with a local realtor. Taking on the position, she gained early experience in professionalism and marketing, managing social media, mailing campaigns, and content creation.
She went on to earn a BA in Psychology with a minor in International Studies from Rowan University. During college, Nicole was active on campus—playing rugby, working as a resident assistant, managing social media for a university department, and even spending a summer living and working at sea as part of Carnival Cruise Line’s Summer Internship program.
After graduation, Nicole worked at both Northeastern University and Brandeis University, where she worked in residence life, as well as at the Brandeis Osher Lifelong Learning Institute in digital marketing and event planning. She then spent two years at a startup, managing tradeshows, digital campaigns, and expanding her marketing expertise. In 2025, Nicole brought her passion for storytelling and marketing to Heritage Financial.
Nicole lives in Cambridge with her fiancé, Matt, and their collection of houseplants. In her free time, she loves traveling, arts and crafts, and exploring new restaurants. She can often be found crafting gifts with her Cricut machine or playing board games, like Catan. Much to the dismay of her fiancé and many Boston area friends, Nicole is an avid Philadelphia Eagles fan and will be celebrating their 2025 Superbowl win for years to come.
