Client Service & Operations Administrator

Mindy was born in Thailand and moved to California when she was 11 years old. She grew up with two older brothers and participated on the swimming and water polo teams throughout high school.

Mindy earned a B.S. in Business Administration and Management from California State University Long Beach. Shortly after graduation, in the midst of COVID, she relocated across the country to Massachusetts.

Prior to joining Heritage Financial in 2024, Mindy spent years in customer service and operations roles focused on creating efficiencies and enhancing privacy. As a Client Service & Operations Administrator she is responsible for daily execution of all business processes and workflows including money movement, transfer of assets, custodian interaction and other activities related to the operational efficiency of the firm.

 In her spare time, Mindy enjoys assembling LEGO sets, cooking, crafting, riding her motorcycle, watching anime, and caring for her mini cockapoo, Hazel, and Siberian cat, Noodle.
