Alexia grew up in Windham, NH, as the eldest of two children in a family of first-generation immigrants. Raised in a multilingual household, she speaks Arabic, French, and Spanish fluently. With dual citizenship in both France and the United States, Alexia spent her childhood summers living in Europe with her family. From an early age, she gained hands-on experience working in her parents’ gas and retail businesses, managing bookkeeping, taxes, and overseeing both the physical and financial setup of new ventures. This early exposure sparked her passion for finance and a desire to help businesses and individuals manage their financial needs.
Alexia attended Bentley University’s Advanced Standing in Finance program, which allowed her to earn both an undergraduate and a master’s degree in just four years. She graduated with a B.S. in Finance, a minor in Law, and a concentration in Financial Planning, as well as a Master’s in Finance. While at Bentley, Alexia participated in the Women’s Leadership Program, a selective co-curricular initiative designed to equip women with the skills and strategies for self-advocacy and leadership advancement.
During her junior year, Alexia interned at Heritage Financial and transitioned to a full-time paraplanner role after graduation. In 2024 she was promoted to a Wealth Advisor. In this role, she partners with Wealth Managers to conduct client review meetings and to address client requests and inquiries. She coordinates with clients’ accountants, attorneys, and other advisors to ensure that all facets of their finances are working in concert with each other. In the summer of 2024, Alexia passed the Certified Financial Planner® exam and is set to receive her credentials in early 2025.
In her free time, Alexia enjoys caring for her Maltipoo puppy, Emmie, as well as baking, taking workout classes, crafting at-home charcuterie boards, and discovering new restaurants with friends and family. A passionate traveler, Alexia has visited dozens of countries and looks forward to exploring even more of the world in the future. Among her favorite destinations are Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates, Monaco, and Spain.
