Kristen grew up in Hanover, MA. An only child, she was active in sports and made the most of New England’s cold, snowy winters participating on the ski team and hitting the slopes with her father about 25 times each season. When the weather turned warmer Kristen enjoyed playing field hockey.
Once she graduated high school the skiing ended, temporarily. Kristen moved to Florida where she attended Lynn University and earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and minored in Fashion. She decided to enjoy a few more years in sunny Florida after graduation working at a law firm until her love of family, friends and the change of seasons called her back to Massachusetts.
Kristen brings decades of financial operations and customer service experience with her to Heritage. Prior to joining Heritage Financial, she spent 9 years at State Street Bank & Trust Co. as a Senior Client Associate where she was afforded the opportunity to travel to India and Poland to train new teams on account management operations and processes. As a Client Operations Associate at Heritage, Kristen is responsible for managing the firm’s investment accounting and reporting platform.
In her spare time, Kristen cares for her two beloved cats Boo and Casper, practices yoga, and enjoys exploring town on her electric bicycle.
