Ryan Driscoll Wealth Advisor

Ryan grew up in Scituate, MA, the oldest of six children. He is an outdoorsman at heart and worked his way through high school and college as manager at Fishing the Cape in Harwich, MA, where he shared his passion of fly fishing as an instructor in the Orvis Saltwater Flyfishing School. He earned a BA in English with a minor in International Studies from Boston College. Ryan was fortunate enough to spend time abroad studying in Ireland, where he especially enjoyed travelling through Europe and spending time with his Irish roommates in their hometowns, bringing him closer to his Irish roots.

After graduating college Ryan joined Boathouse Group in Waltham, MA where he spent four years as an account manager helping companies enhance their branding, communication, and overall marketing strategy. Prior to joining Heritage, Ryan spent seven years at John Hancock Investment Management where he progressed through roles of increasing responsibility in the marketing group, most recently overseeing investments product marketing for the intermediary channel in the United States. Ryan joined Heritage in 2021 as a Paraplanner and was promoted in 2023 to a Wealth Advisor. In this role Ryan is responsible for working with clients to build detailed financial plans, collaborating with clients’ other trusted advisors, and coordinating the resources of our centralized client service, investment, and financial planning professionals.

Ryan is currently studying for his MBA at the Carroll Graduate School of Management at Boston College. He lives in West Newton, MA with his wife, Meredith. In his spare time, Ryan enjoys hitting the slopes in the winter, and fishing and golfing in the warmer months. You can often find him on the golf course at Eastward Ho! Country Club where he is a member. Ryan donates his time and serves on the Board of Saint John Paul II Catholic Academy in Dorchester, MA where he is a member of the Marketing and Enrollment committee.
