Growing up, Julia spent her summers playing with baby goats at her grandparents’ farm in Russia. Watching her grandparents work hard, even in inclement weather, taught her the meaning of true commitment early on. Julia started playing chess when she was five, representing her school at various tournaments.
Julia’s artistic frame of mind and her keen interest in drawing and painting led her to study graphic design at Bridgewater State University. Upon graduation, Julia worked as an office manager for a property management company, CAJ House, for two years, honing her organizational skills.
In 2015, Julia joined Heritage’s operations department. In her current role, Julia provides operational support for daily client requests, transfer of assets and money movements. She is also responsible for importing data from the custodians and reconciling it on a daily basis.
Outside of work, Julia enjoys traveling and exploring new places, especially ones that take her closer to nature. She is also a cross-country skier and a self-proclaimed foodie – cooking and experimenting with different cuisines comes naturally to her.
