Schwab Advisor Services recently conducted The Independent Advisor Outlook Study that reflects the views of advisors on their industry, their businesses, their clients, and the general environment.
Chuck Bean, founder and CEO of Heritage Financial, was one of the advisors featured in the study. Chuck was also one of two advisors who were part of Schwab’s media call to announce the study results, along with Bernie Clark, Executive V.P., and Head of Schwab Advisor Services.
The results of the study indicate how advisors are adapting to the rapid pace of change in the industry, including steps they are taking to adjust operational practices and service offerings.
“At our firm, we think about how we can maximize our technology solutions to integrate our offerings more seamlessly and scale the business so we can spend more time focusing on client needs,” says Chuck in the study.
Chuck has also been quoted in Financial Planning magazine for this story.
IAOS is an online study conducted for Charles Schwab by Koski Research. The current iteration of this semi-annual study was conducted from March 27 to April 12, 2017. A total of 912 independent advisors whose assets are custodied at Schwab participated in this study.
