Emma Waterman

Emma Waterman

Service & Operations Associate

A Massachusetts native, Emma grew up in Needham with her parents, a younger brother and their seven cats. Emma studied at the Needham Public High School where biology piqued her interest. She still has a goldfish that she received as part of a high school biology class experiment.

Emma attended Northeastern University where she majored in psychology and minored in biology. Her innate interest in science led Emma to volunteer at the Museum of Science many times from high school through college.

In 2016, Emma did a six month co-op as an administrative assistant at Enquiron, an advising services firm for Human Resources. Emma joined Heritage in 2017 as an operations associate. She is responsible for daily execution of all business processes and workflows including money movement, client mailings and forms, operations reporting, custodian interaction and other activities related to the operational efficiency of the firm.

Emma spends her Saturdays playing out different stories of Dungeons & Dragons with a group of friends. She is also an accomplished baker who loves experimenting with new recipes – “you never make the same thing twice” is a frequent complaint she hears.
